According to subetahq its a retired, Blackheart Hollow minion (250 Tokens). I know minions are not as high up on the wanted list as say, wearables, but I can't find any in shops or trades.

Just found it as one of my pet's minions, wondering if its worth selling.

Going to go ahead and lock this now, as there are a few of this item priced in the shop search (and for a nice profit too it seems!) :)
