I submitted a ticket about this and I was told to make a report on here, that when I go to my pets page it should trigger the only room for one achievement but it does not. :( Hope this gets fixed for all the new users!

This is fixed now! Thanks for posting it here. Both the achievements for having only one pet and for having over twenty pets work now.
