I've been seriously considering getting either a tattoo or CW made of a scar that would go over my HA's left cheek (like the one the character he's based off has.) However, I'm unsure of how much of a "base modification" is allowed and all that, since it could be potentially construed as one.

Can someone help elaborate on what would be allowed and what wouldn't be?
