Is it possible to get these again? I won both but didn't get one. Or will they always only be for those who finished the puzzles as part of the Blake Steele plot last year?

I'm going to guess they will remain as part of the plot if they've not already been unretired. I could be wrong but I think they would have been unretired by now if they were going to be at all, considering a lot of people have already done the itinerary steps for today. I don't know 100% since I'm not staff but that's just my logic.
