I recently cured but I still have the body part eyes and no jaw, and I can't go into the underground would there be anyway to fix this?

Just go visit the healer and she can remove them. She'll remove them all though; there's no way to pick and choose to keep certain ones.

If you go to Sacred Lands, she's the white dome with golden glass, on the west end of the city.
