I've already given my feedback. Clicking on this bar again gets a response that I have already given it, so there's nothing new and you haven't forgotten already.

This. Same goes for that Rule Change bar in the SB. It's been there for a month now, it's not necessary any longer.

While it would be nice if you could have the option to decline giving feedback and/or removing the bar from your inventory, it: a.) is not hurting anything, and b.) hasn't even been there for a day. Have some patience.
