I think we could create new page. This side could contain list of all Subeta quests. What do you think about it?

We already have something like this; the quest widget. http://subeta.net/preferences.php?act=sidebar

There is already (sort of) an option for that. You can add a list of all the quests to your dashboard, where it also shows you how many of each you have already completed today. It's not really an extra page, but I feel like it's just as useful and a new page is not really necessary.
