Is anyone having problems with being stopped before they've completed all their quests?

I have a gold account & I was only allowed to do 20 Cinthia's quests, even though it says right on my Dash Board 0/30 (or 20/30 before midnight when this happened)..and it was 40 minutes before midnight so it shouldn't have shut me down.

I wrote a ticket about it nearly 2 hrs ago but have not had a staff member assigned. Usually someone is assigned w/in minutes. So I tried searching the forums (a second time, I did so before I wrote the ticket) and can't find anything about this. I admit that at 58 I miss things...I'm a bit overwhelmed & seem to have ADD. So if this had been discussed I haven't been able to find it.

Anyone else having any problems such as this?

Cinthia's Quests were changed to 20 for a gold account and 10 for non-GA accounts. Here is the link to the news posts :)

No problem, it's pretty obnoxious that the dashboard hasn't been fixed to the correct number. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!

I agree, the dashboard not being consistent with the actual number of quest allowed had me completely confused & at my age I don't need anymore "inconsistencies" to confuse me, lol!!!
