Hello...
Well the title says everything but i don't know if i have to put it in issues & advice or there ...
I do a lot of nightmares because of my work some are very horrible and other are normal but ie make me so stressed and unhappy i just dON,t know how to controle it ... i group of people gift me good advice but i can't change the fact as even if i calm my self i will alway be stressed about thing can't happen... i even daydream about my own nightmare...
well the worst i thing it when ,m really nervous stressed i relahce it on my self and hurt me more...
i don't know what to do
I think you overthink things too much, and keep yourself stressed, therefore, thinking and thinking.... Try to set your brain in blank. Even if you have a lot of stuff to do, take 10 minutes a day, everyday, to tell yourself that everything's going to be okay no matter what decisions you take.'t I wouldn't know what else to advice you ^_^; sorry if I'm not of much use

First off, I'm pretty sure this belongs in Issues & Advice so I submitted a ticket for you to get that resolved so it's moved to the appropriate section. Secondly, it sounds like you have some anxiety issues to work out. If you keep at it, you're sure to overcome it, I'm sure :) What I do when I have nightmares is to tell myself that whatever was in my dream wasn't real and cannot hurt me. Like Moyoleuhqui said, you need to keep telling yourself that everything will be ok. If you look at things more positively, you'll feel better about things. Sure, life isn't sugar coated -- you'll have your bad days and your good days but if you focus more on the good days you'll feel better about yourself. Whenever I begin feeling anxious about something, I like to exercise/do yoga. Getting energy out is probably the best thing you can do when you're feeling overly anxious. Even if you do just a few stretches it will help you feel a bit more relaxed after you're done. Of course, everyone is different. Try to find something like a hobby that will help you relax when you find you're becoming stressed over something. It could be anything from writing, to drawing, to exercising, to even playing a simple game on Subeta. It's all up to you, darling.

well i know i,m a stressed girl and i know i have to see the life in the happy way but i keep my mind go down and get nightmare over silly thing of life
I also am quite prone to nightmares, so I understand how upsetting it can be, and how they can stay with you even after you've woken up. =(
Sometimes it's something specific triggering it. Keep a journal next to your bed, and when you wake up from a nightmare jot down what happened the previous day. What you did, what you ate, people you spoke to, or anything that might have upset you or stressed you out. After you have several logs recorded, compare them to one another and see if they have anything in common. The next step is to cut that thing out for a while and see if the nightmares become less frequent.
I'm not guaranteeing that it will work, but it's definitely worth trying. Also, you may find it distracting enough to get your mind off of the nightmare itself, and back towards reality. You may, at some point, also want to write down the nightmares themselves, and keep a dream journal. I have one myself, and I find if I write it down, I feel like I don't have to carry it with me anymore - I'm able to let go of the emotions it left me with much quicker than I otherwise would have.
