you should use scode, and only try html when there is not scode equivalent. Not even sure html would work in comments.

There are two places on Subeta that HTML is supported: in the creation of user profiles (in the custom boxes, particularly) and pet profiles for adding in additional images. Everything else is sCode or CSS.
