some time ago was at users' shops at around 20m and now there's none... and it's not available in cash shop

what's happened? did I miss something? is it just temporarily unavailable or did they want to make the totems the only way to rename a pet?

you can now rename pets by going to pets > clicking your pet's options (the little pencil in the square above stats) > change name for 500 csc!

ahhh, so I DID miss something. I had no idea :D
