Do items you add outside of Luminaire show up in your ornament inventory when the trees become available again, or are they forever lost? I just added a few items I'd acquired this month before I realized the inventory isn't actually accessible right now.

You'll be able to use them again next Luminaire. I didn't take any out from the first tree season to the second, and in fact added in between seasons while ornaments were way cheaper, and they were all there waiting for me :)
