I had...3, 4 drawers or so and I could not create a new one. And I'm a GA. :P Sure the limit is 20?

I don't think GA has anything to do with drawer creation. And there's no way the limit is 4; I personally have 16 and have never had an issue creating them, and I've only had literally three days since the inception of my account that I haven't had a GA active.
