...what is with the lack of potion lotterys and RBs? Is it because he had double of them?

Honestly, at this point, I'd chalk it up to another glitch. It's not manually done by a person, it's the computer/system.

They've been having problems with the cron scripts that run the lottery and the RB, which is why were getting two, so I'm assuming they just turned it off until they could find a fix. Of course, that's just my speculation, but it could be a reason. c:
