Hey there, I'm just wondering if I can make a Bhakoru for another user, and send the pet to said user? And if so, is there a waiting period? (: Thank you!

You can indee ddo that. There isn't a waiting period persay but once the pet is on their account they won;t be able to send it to anyone else for 30 days.
