Okay, I read through everything shown before trying to use the Loyalty Username Totem to change my username. However, every time I try to use it, it pops up an error saying that the password doesn't match. But I know that I'm using the right password. Help!

I don't know if this has been resolved or not but try changing your password, then use the Identity Star Shuriken. That usually fixes it.
