Finally got the achievement for that even though i thought it was impossible.

Gotcha. I know BH is pretty random, but I wasn't sure if there was a certain time that it's more common for a restock.

yeah i was told it restocked once a day by a mod once so i'm glad their is no higher tier for this achievement

Didn't know it restocked once a day! (Only 1 item per day, I'm guessing?) Even so, that's really rare.

Actually, there are 8 tiers... It goes up to restocking 250 items at Blackheart Hollow. It's under the "Items" category in the Achievements page. At least you've got one rs so far so you know how it's done :)

Congrats! I've yet to manage a restock there. I applaud anyone who can rs 250 times at that place. I also doubt their sanity.
