I'm having this issue as well. I'm not sure, but I think this could just be a programming issue. This was also happening when the salon opned for the Councilor's Cruise. Nathaniel is having a hard time keeping up with all our appointments. so, lol indeed. xD

This usually happens when coupons are released, I believe. I hope it gets fixed soon! I haven't redeemed my new coupons yet, but lord knows I'll be doing that soon.

I'm having the same problem. I redeemed then went to change the shading on my Mirore Hair Coupon and my HA changed to black. Not the skin color. Just a black silhouette.
