She seems like a very well developed character, but there are a few things I'd like to point out.

First, I suggest you cut down the length of her history. A character profile isn't really the place to show off your creative writing, at least in my opinion. I feel it should be as succinct as possible while also giving the most detail about events. Like a history book, not a novel. People don't want to read a novel just to see if they want to play with a character. I admit that I only skimmed it because I don't want to read that much for a character history.

Second, I know two people with DID. One has two alternate personalities, the other has three. Both of them are well aware of the other personalities, and from what I know about the disorder, the majority of people are aware of their alternate personalities. It is those alternates that are not aware of each other or that they are but one of many.

Third, I find it hard to believe that, after killing her father, she wouldn't be subjected to an immediate psyche evaluation. It's not normal for little kids to kill their parents, no matter how badly they're treated. And I have no doubt that her disorders would have already been developing at this age, if not readily apparent, and any good psychologist would have been able to notice that something was wrong. Even in the foster system, if someone is suspected of having a mental disorder, they are taken to regular psychologist appointments. I know this because one of my friends with DID was in the foster system for a time, and she continued to see her psychiatrist.
