I recently noticed that my yearly interest rate for my sP vault says "1%", where it used to say "8%"? Was this changed, or is it a glitch?

It was changed and announced in the news. Everyone is at 1% and soon there will be ways (non-CSC) that you can raise it on an individual basis.
