My sister made an account a while ago when she didn't really like subeta. She forgot the pw, user, email, everything, and she knows you are only allowed to have one account - so she needs help. Is there anything we can do to get her account back or get her a new one?

I would suggest sending in a ticket to a staff member, maybe they can help ^_^

Well, if she forgot all the information for it...there's no risk in her using it to benefit on the site. I'm almost certain she'd be fine to make a new one and if she doesn't remember /any/ of her information, there probably isn't anything the staff can do to help her git it back.

Hmm. I'll tell her that. Just to make sure, she should probably have a ticket sent to the staff just so they know she isn't trying to have two accounts. How do you do that, exactly, though? XD

You just have to click on Help on the left and then on Ticket Center. There you can create one. I too think it's safer to create a ticket first.

She should mail [email protected] before making anything, including making a new account. Even if you forgot your old infos, it's better to check up at support.
