How long does a ticket take to get handled? A couple days ago I had a staff member assigned to it and they said they should get back soon, but I haven't heard from them since. What should I do?

It can happen we're busy! But wait a couple more days before resending a polite nudge to the staff member in charge :)

I just don't send in many tickets so I didn't know how long is too long especially since they said they would handle it in the next couple hours.
