Now that it's in the token shop does that mean it won't be showing up at Seedlings anymore? Same question for the other potions as well.

I know back in like 2006 when I played last potions used to show in the magic shop once in a great while, but I don't remember if they were in the token shop at that time as well.

No, it's still restockable in the Seedling shop, as it's still rarity 81. Same with the other potions, all of them still restock in the magic box.
