It will come :) It was stated before, that the reading drive will come first. So wait for that
im sure itll come back eventually, otherwise they probably wouldnt have made it into an achievement. i wouldnt hold my breath for it though, especially since (as far as i know) no one on the staff has mentioned it happening any time soon D:
It will definitely come back. Those achievements didn't come up until after the last war, so no one has had a chance to get them.
