I created a ticket and the original person wasn't able to help me. She did say that if my plant died to request to have the ticket transferred back to her and she would be able to return my seed. How do I request that my ticket be reassigned to her?

If she had sent it to another UA, just simply ask to have it sent to the original UA that said she'd return your seed.
