This girl made me a custom css...and it messed up (after i paid her 7m) and she told me she would fix it and work on it, it has been about 2 weeks..do i wait longer or what do i do? I feel like ti was a total waste of 7m now because the scrolling or some thing is completely messed up

Have you messaged her about it? That's the first step. Then if she doesn't resolve it, I think it's okay to message a mod.

I have asked her if she figured it out and she plainly said "No. I have not."

personally I would deal with her before going to a ua. 2 weeks inst that long if she is communicating with you. or if you are that impatient and fed up you could tell her to forget the whole thing and ask for a refund... but from my pov if she is talking to you - give her time. we all have real life stuff that might have come up....

well i will wait one more week. and she isnt talking to me or keeping me updated. i said i asked her if she has fixed it and she replied no, thats all in the past 2 weeks.
