Gold Account that is, how does one do that and where do you go on this site for it?

go to the cash shop - there's a link "you have ___ cash shop credit" in the top right corner, and click "gold account". it lists the benefits.

You can purchase a gold account from the cash shop, or alternatively you can buy one from the usershops/trades.
