how often does the token shop restock?

or how many times a day?

There's no telling. During the first day a new item shows up it will usually restock several times - but its completely variable since its done manually by staff and not automated. So if staff is really busy it will likely get restocked less often. There is no set schedule either. Some days it never restocks at all. I just check it regularly through the time I'm onsite, sometimes I get lucky and there's something there. Most of the time not so lucky.
