Just like the Masquerade, I think Vesnali should last a little longer. I mean come on, the Love Epidemic took up all of February, why can't other events last that long as well?

If they just put what was in Esther's shop there and stopped adding new items or made it so that giving people flowers/getting flowers gave you more than just one coin that would be fine, but there's far too many items in the shop as is and it's hard enough for people to get everything without the staff adding new stuff.

The event should last longer, in my opinion, or at the very least there should be some other way to get the items. Perhaps some sort of exchange could be set up like with the recycle beast where you can trade in sP for coins (this would be helpful at the Masquerade shop as well) that might be better, but the way it stands right now I don't like how the event is run.

And please, nothing about how I'm just complaining because I can't get all the items or other nonsense, I know there's plenty of others out there who feel the same way.

I completely agree with what your saying when you say about the events being longer. But having an easier option on being able to obtain coins quicker means that everyone will obviously go with the easier option and the event will be over all to quickly because of the amount of people getting all the items in the early stages of the event. Plus the rarer items up for grabs will deflate. But yeah as I said the events should be longer because there fun. XD

Oh come on guys! It wouldn't be as fun if it weren't challenging to get the coins. And it's more challenging when the event is shorter. We aren't meant to get all the items. You have to work really hard to get the bigger ticket things. I love Vesnali just the way it is!

I actually think it lasted the perfect amount of time. It even said in the subetapedia that it would only last a week. I think the coins were just the right amount of rare. Flowers weren't flooding the market, but they weren't omg rare! either and it was easy enough to trade them for coins even if you didn't have many friends. If it lasted a whole month, the items would be almost worthless and it wouldn't be as special. Besides, there's always next year!

I agree with it being short, and maybe a half week longer would be nice.

Also, I'd like to add, I believe the Love Epidemic lasted all of February because of that rollback that set us back a week or so.

I offered a couple times to friends to buy them the items they're missing.

And, the event was just fine. Not too short for it to zoom by, not too long to be annoying.

I think the length of the event is just fine.

It's not meant for you to get every single item in the shop. If it was like that, I'm sure they'd just give you all the items, or make them significantly cheaper.

Next event, you should put down the items you want most, and feel that you'll be able to get in a week or less. Then, after that, get the other items that you didn't want as much.

I think there was plenty of time. I got everything I wanted, plus items I needed for my collections. And now I'm helping buy friends items.

I second . These events are supposed to be special, they become boring if they last too long.

I third what Mutationification said, and I'll add that I think it was really nice to have the time line of one week given from the start. The flower appearance time was also tweaked very quickly to be appropriate.

The only thing I didn't like about this one (which is rare for me) is the fact that there was a lot of errors (and the site going down). Other than that, it's been going pretty good for me. I'm actually still working to get some of the items as well speak still as well.

In a way I agree. We had an easter egg game before in which we were able to win easter tickets from before. Those easter tickets changed into vesnali coins...

It was pretty easy to get coins if you have people return the favor, and flowers were common enough for me to end up with probably at least 300 coins. I didn't want everything in the shop either, so it works out fine for me, not too difficult but not too ridiculously easy either.

If they dragged it out any longer, then it would be way too easy and boring. The fun part is the challenge to collect as many coins as possible to get what you want. There were plenty of chances to get flowers and if you couldn't collect enough, you can try buying the items in user shops. And plus, if you went to the 'flower the person above you boards', you could have doubled the amount of coins you got.

Oh, gawwwd, i thought the Love Epidemic dragged on, quite frankly, so I'm glad that Vesnali only lasted about a week. I think that's how the Masquerade was supposed to be, too, but it was extended a bit because of all the downtime.

i think any event that involves items popping up on your screen for you to click on shouldn't drag on for too long...i can't be the only one who by the end of the week was longing for the day when the flowers would stop... :P

yes if you wanted a lot of items then you had to put the time in to find them, but that's understandable...i can't see anyone wanting an event to drag on for weeks and weeks so that the items linked with the event are pretty much worthless by the end of it...

i enjoyed the event a great deal whilst it was running, but i for one am glad that it ended when it did...now i'm looking forward to it returning next year... :)

A week is perfect for this kind of event!

People talking about the Love Epidemic being longer etc. that was only because of all the downtime we had during February. They extended it, LE wasn't meant to last long when they started it ... So don't compare it to an event like Vesnali or even Masquerade!

We are spoiled rotten with all the events, we had THREE events since February, that's like ONE event PER MONTH! Stop whining! It costs a lot of time for staff, programmers and designers!

I also think Love Epidemic was longer because it wasn't a periodic event, there won't be a Love Epidemic next year, but I'm pretty sure there'll be a Vesnali, so I think you'll have a chance of getting the items you missed next year? This is my first Subeta Easter/Vesnali as an active user, but I know there were some items in Esther shop from past Easters.

Vasnali is like our Easter, do you think Easter should be 2 or 3 weeks? C'mon, this is ridiculous. The staff came up with this wonderful event and what comes is 'why does it only last one week?'

Do you really complain that you only get 1 Coin per flower? Really? Then try to think about it. We had to wait 10 or more minutes before we could bite another user in February, we had to wait the same time or longer before we could ask someone to dance again and we were able to send flower as often as we wanted... and still some people need to complain -sigh-

Also the staff is ripping their ass off to create new items for us to put it into the shop and then comes complaining about that! If you want more from the shop, buy the coins, nothing easier then that -.- We got the flowers for free, we got the coind for the flowers for free... if there is something you did not get, buy it!

I'm sorry but this board really makes me mad. I mean come on, why do we need an event when it only lasts one week? pah, we don't want events that won't last at least 1 month :x Yeah, those stupid events...

And the Masquerade lasted longer because there were two or more days of downtime, same for the love epidemic... they where both NOT supposed to last that long! And Keith told us two days ago that the event will end, so there was enough time to collect flowers/coind and items.
