I THOUGHT THIS MIGHT GO UNDER ADVICE BUT IDK

Okay so like I want a cell phone. I will be nineteen in a week I should probably get one for convenience's sake ahahaha.

THING IS. I don't like the plans most phones come with, I prefer the pay-as-you-go's like Tracfone.

I'm phone stupid so I was hoping someone could help me. All I really want the phone to be able to do is text and let me upload a custom ringtone and/or wallpaper. None of the websites or whatever have the shit I like.

I'd go with Boost... they have an unlimited plan for $50 a month. You get unlimited min, texts, web, and walkie talkie. And best of all no contract. :D
