I have a Dream Gem, but how do I use it on my Pets, I want to make Snowswinter a Galactic pet, but I don't know how to.

Anyone know how?

You need a specific number of a specific color gems. Ithallo will tell you which ones you need. You get them, and get to Ithallo, on Atebus, Coda Caves.

Where's Atebus/Ithallo/Coda Caves? ^^;;; Sorry, I am a lil new here. (but not as bad/new as I used to be blushes)

or you could buy the gems Itallo asks of you in the user shops... they are not so expensive...
