id like it more if staff in general would answer MORE questions pubicly.

this is nice because you see keith is an actual person, but him posting on the forums here and there is enough to cover that.

I love Keith! Definitely love the fact that he is user friendly, like most of the staff is also. Keith Answers is great! I like having my questions answered and likes how it isnt just an email, that he takes time out of his day to film the answers so we can all know =)

i love how he is so user friendly, i've watched several of the videos but i'd like to see them all if i got time! it's great he does it.
