I can't get it to transform into the wearable antlers. :(

What happens when you click on the item? Are you not seeing an option to transform at all, or are they simply not changing?

They are simply not changing.

You have to click to select the antlers for it to transform into. I pulled mine out of my wardrobe and they are transforming back and forth without a problem.
