You get it if you don't feed your Pet for a long time, when it's extremely hungry you'll get this sooner or later ^_^;

It's like Snowballs ^^ You can throw snowballs in winter at people and they stuck in their face xD If you HAVE it you can remove it through the wardrobe if your pet is fed again ^^ So it's not actually an item ^^

sweet but idk if i want to treat my pets like that.. it makes me sad
