It's glitched for a lot of people. You can find several topics in the Problems and bugs forum. One possible solution is if you're using FF and have NoScript on, edit it to allow 'googleaips.com'

Ohh, alright, I didn't look there. D| I don't use that, so is there anything else I can do? I have like a billion things to put up for trade and it's really annoying not being able to see HAs.

Is it possible you can download another browser? Opera worked for me while FF wasn't.
