And quite honestly, it didn't hurt at all. Well, I lie, it burned after the initial piercing and I keep hitting it while brushing my hair behind my ear, lol.

I remember my cartilage peircings.
It hurt but not enough to complain. Its a dull pain,sharp pain is easier to deal with.
I used to have 2 on each ear, but I had to take out alll my earings for surgery and couldnt get the second set back in.
They are still technically there, but I can only put normal earings in it. Blech.

Only cartilage piercing I have is my industrial bar. It didn't hurt at all until I hit it later that night. I expected it to hurt a lot though.
Eh, they dont hurt for too long.
Do you have long hair? Just keep the top half tied back while its healing and lean back inthe shower so you dont accidently get shampoo in it.
If your hair is short, lean forward in the shower and just try to keep your hair away from the healing holes.
Sometimes your new holes will leak pus, and it might stick to your hair, so it can be especially annoying to try and unstick your hair without pulling on the earings.
My hair is down to the middle of my back, lol. I've already gotten it caught in the back of the earring.
I got my eyebrow pierced in December, my Xmas present to me =].
Just one question, did you get the cartilage pierced with a gun or a needle?
In you got it pierced with a gun, it might be fine, but if after two months it still hurts regularly, go and see your doctor. I got mine pierced with a gun and after three months it still hurt...Turns out my cartilage had shattered...

It was a gun. My ear doesn't hurt now while I'm just sitting here but if I lay on it or accidently hit it, it hurts. That's normal I guess.
