For the achievements and such I need to know some cheap items I can buy ^_^

The best way is to restock a shop like Food Market. There are tons of mass items stocked for around 50sp.

From shops with prices always shifting the only ones that are usually cheap are the game prizes. Slot items, worms, etc..
