I just had an amazing overlay made for me by Wicker, but I have NO IDEA how to put it on my pet D;. I desperately need help and will pay up to 300k if it works. I'M DESPERATE.

Put this in your pet's description:

div.pet {background-image: url(URL OF YOUR OVERLAY); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: top center;} </style>

Make sure you put the url of your overlay in the spot for it.

Um, do I put parenthesis around the URL?

'K. I downloaded it to TinyPic, and I used the URL but it still isn't showing up. They have several codes listed along the side. Which one do I use?

You want to use the one labeled "Direct Link for Layouts". Just copy and paste it so that it's inside the parentheses of the code I gave you.
