Plot: In a small town with one highschool called Andrew James High, everyone knows everyone. Although the town is usually calm and peaceful, there has been a strange rumor roaming around the town. Apparently, when the fog sets in town after a few days of rain you look into a blank television screen at midnight, and your soul mate is suppose to appear on the screen.

[Note: This channel is often referred to as "The Midnight Channel." Also, its going to just take place with the teenagers at the Highschool. The characters can only watch The Midnight Channel at midnight, when its foggy. And it only gets foggy after a few days of rain.]

The Characters.

Males.

The Academic. (He watches the channel.) Taken By: The academic is funny, cute and not to mention unbelievably smart but when it comes to the outside world, he has no street smarts whatsoever. He sees The Performer on the channel.

The Jerk. Taken By: He is a major womanizer a guy who cant even count how many ex-girlfriends he has had, he has that attitude that says, 'screw it and screw you' all over him but he is able to sweet talk his way into getting what he wants when he wants it. Also, he loves girls.

The Best Friend. Taken By: This guy is extremely easy to talk to, you can tell him anything and he will listen. He is that kind of guy who everyone loves and hard to stay mad at and he always seems to know what to say. He sees The Soft Spoken on the channel.

The Question Mark. Taken By: He is a guy who is always off to the side, not saying much, just observing. No one can really figure him out since he is quite mysterious and conservative. But when he actually does have something to say, it always has that hint of wisdom in it.

Females.

The Soft Spoken. Taken By: She has that need to want to blend in with everyone, but when she says things, its never a lie but always the truth. She is very determined to succeed whether its in school, or with her friends she has to accomplish it. Everyone will always comes before her.

The Naturalist. (She watches the channel.) Taken By: This girl is good at everything and whatever it is she can most likely do it. Whatever she is doing, she always comes out on top. She sees The Jerk on the channel.

The Performer. Taken By: She is a huge theater freak and is into singing, dancing, modeling, pretty much everything that has to do with some sort of stage. This girl just loves attention.

The Princess. (She watches the channel.) Taken By: She is rich, a little bit of a baby when she doesnt get her way or if she wants something, she is slightly conceited and clingy. She sees The Question Mark on the channel.

Other: Chandi's family is extremely rich, but she tries her best, sometimes. She tries to be nice, and ends up being clingy and conceited without realizing. In other words, she's not sure what "nice" is, and is often just befriended for her wealth. Chandi tries to make friends, but the way she behaves just make others want to stay away from her, so she doesn't have any "real" friends. She lives in a big mansion with maids and butlers, and almost anything she wants, including pets, but her favorite pet has always been Ames, a calm golden retriever.
