Sup. I haven't restocked in a very long time. And apparently I suck at the moment. I can't even figure out when the stores restock.

Anyway, can someone tell me these few things:

Is there any order in which the stores restock? At what second do they restock?

I think they stock somewhat randomly, at least that is what I have found, I dont know if there is any order for which shops stock at which time

Meh, I feared that. I was hoping someone would prove me wrong though :P
