Hehe... so this may seem like an off-the-wall kind of question, but what exactly is "The SAI"? It's something that's been nagging at the back of my mind for a while and the more I visit that area on the map, the more curious I get. xD

It was for an old plot. It tied in with the Gypsies on the moon. You would do quests for them or something.
