Eh, fudge it. It's a stat booster AND a book. Bought one to see. You can only use it as one or the other, though.

According to SubetaHQ, I think it's just a book you can read to your pets.

When Read, It gives you 1 intelligence like any other book

When used, it can give you one intelligence, or nothing, But you can only read the same book t your pet once, you can use as many of them as you like
