What do you guys listen to while drawing? And do you have any good music-playing sites, like they have almost every song/music genre possible? :D
And I usually listen to the cranberries..i dont know why though. @
Lol tania, u r tarded ~~
Forest; Thats nice although I dont know who they are, and the radio is annoying now, its all mainstream and todays music isn't the best ;/
I usually use either Youtube to make a playlist, or I use Pandora to make my own personalized radio station. As for specific bands, idk.
I don't actually LISTEN to what's playing, I just need noise while I'm working so I won't be distracted. Sometimes I just let the TV play all day, usually Law and Order or NCIS or something. But I don't pay attention to it. xD
anything or everything. unless i don't feel like listening to that song.
i listen to random japanese music, i go to youtube and type "japanese music" in or anime theme tunes, and click random ones, i have no clue of what they are singing but for some strange reason it helps me draw.
Or i just listen to the radio, depends on which room im in.
Something I can sing to. Really loudly and obnoxiously. Big Bang's Sunset Glow is my current favourite, since it's a remake of an old song I loved. And anything Rocket Diary.
Try ShoutCAST radio, it's a free online radio service, so there's pretty much any genre & sub-genre you want.
I usually put on my good old "industrial" music. Stuff like EBM, Synthpop, Darkwave. So, what I usually listen to. Sometimes when I don't want electronic music blaring in my head I'll bring out the metal section of my playlist. XD Iced Earth and Iron Maiden.
But when I put on "ambient" music, I get REALLY into it and relaxed, and my art sometimes comes out better (imo). I should do that more often...
I realllly enjoy 2012. Good focus music I think, don't know why though? I liked it so much I bought both CDs.
Royksopp, The Knife, and the song 'A Kick in the Teeth' by Fischerspooner. And depending on the mood I'm going for I might also put on animal collective, angels and airwaves (heh), or Chevelle, but usually I prefer no words.
Taken right from my 'inspiration needed' playlist :P
But then there's Incubus.. I just always love Incubus :3
