the average price is 2k but when you hover on it ,it says 1.4M??

Well, that's because there is a new Achievement with the Black Candy Bar. Maybe some people sold it for 2k, that's why the average price changed to it. Usually it goes for a lot more, 1mil - 1,4mil is pretty common for it now.
