For me, spring is really the start of the New Year; when the trees blossom and when the air is warm and filled with the scent of grass, flowers and nachos (depending on where you live, of course). The melancholy hold that winter has placed over me is lifted and I feel like every inch of me exudes happiness. School is almost over, the scenery is beautiful (I live in between two large hills and a long river runs through the little city that is sprinkled with trees and gardens). Even the short little showers are kind of fun, because you get those gorgeous rainbows. What more could you want?

My favourite thing about spring is when people’s spirits visibly lift. No more dragging yourself to classes or work in the mornings, because the sun is up and somehow you feel much more awake and all that flowing, colourful clothing that you get to wear really makes the difference, I think. That and classes being almost finished for the year.

Spring also means that I get to take all those trips out to the ocean (which is pretty close by), to little towns with dilapidated, brightly coloured farm houses and cows wandering aimlessly up and down the fields and sit in the grass watching the tide come in, eating ice cream and squishing the blades of grass between my toes. Not to mention that summer is around the corner and I’m going to go travel the country and see my old friends again.

What is your favorite season in general? It's a tie between fall and spring. I love them both. Not too hot, not too cold. Some snow, some rain. LEAVES and FLOWERS. I love the two in-between seasons.

spring is bad in my part of arizona. cause that means HOT weather until november.

My favorite season in general is winter. :D No birds singing and the sky is always grey, haha. I love it. (I'm weird, people tell me. Go figure.) Plus I love the cold!... as long as it's outside though. ;D

i hate spring so much. nothing is good about spring.

We skip spring in Colorado. :I I get 208523509237 months of winter, a second of spring, three months of summer, skip autumn, back to winter. 8D

It's my favorite season. The air smells so awesome O_o . And I looove when nature gets fresh and green again.

This. D; If Arizona was cooler, I would love spring.

But, it does mean less and less school. :D

Spring is my favorite season for 2 things.

1. My birthday (The 6th !) and 2) possibly MORE important. LILACS. OMG. Lilacs make my soul complete. They are the BEST smell in the world. I ADORE them. I look forward to lilac time EVERY year. This spring has been cold an dreary so far, so I'm really hoping the lilacs come soon. Best things ever. oh yes. I could stand and smell them for HOURS.

Seriously, I wanted to name my daughter Lilac.

It's winter next month for me. xD

But the thing I like about spring is that it's my birthday (September 22nd!) :)

i love it. except my allergies kick in. i was also born in spring, so i became attached to the season. i don't really have a particular season i dislike.

What is your favourite season in general? Summer - I am happiest when the sun in shining. And I love the holidays. Autumn is very close afterwards, though.

My favorite season is spring - Canadian winters are horrid, summers are too hot, and autumn means winter is coming soon.

I think I like spring so much because it signifies renewal. Everything is green and new and fresh, everything smells so nice, the snow is gone, the days get longer, and for the first while, there are no bugs (another reason summer isn't my favorite season - mosquitoes).

Spring, for me, is the start of three decent seasons, and the end of the worst season.

Autumn is second on my list - the temperatures cool down, and everything turns gold and red. Unfortunately, it doesn't last long in my neck of the woods.
