So I've been looking everywhere and I was just curious what the differences were between the miracle potion and miracle potion II were.

Miracle Potion: Allows you to change your pet's color without changing current species. Miracle Potion II: Allows you to change your pet's species without changing current color. Ancient Achi Runestone: gives you an Neutral Achi if you use it. Tranquil Arcrystal, Solid Arcrystal and Corrupted Arcrystal: all are wearables (see SubetaHQ.com for previews), or they can be combined with the Ancient Achi Runestone to respectively give you a Tranquil Lunar Achi, Solid Blue Achi or Corrupted Golden Achi.

With the miracle potion 2, do you get to pick the species, like if you wanted an aenoid?

Yes. It's the only way other than growing the seed to get an Aeanoid - they can't be zapped for.
