if you lined FIRST then it's not speed painting, speed painting tends to have no lines. kind of like real paintings / portraits / landscapes. speed painting is used to create a more realistic feel, and you need a good grasp of lighting to do it.

anyhow, i think her head looks a bit strange. like the face is too small, i think. and also i don't really like the composition overall. i think it looks like you just slapped on blurs and airbrushes everywhere, and it looks.. flat because of the lack of detail overall.
