I have been trying to submit a billboard to Subeta, but I keep getting the error message telling me that it has to be jpg, png or gif. The problem is, however, that I have tried submitting the billboard in all three of those types, and it STILL gives me the same error.

Does anyone know what I can/should do?

Besides the size, maybe the file name is messing it up. Sometimes a .jpg, a .jpeg, and a .JPG can make a world of difference. Also try removing underscores, spaces, periods, and any other symbols that might mess things up. If all else fails, bug report!

It needs to be .jpg; not .JPG

Open the image in an editing document, then delete the saved file and resave as "title.jpg"
