... Filing a new ticket if the problem is not resolved and no more comments are left on the ticket?

I have older tickets that were resolved but never locked. I'm afraid the one I have open now will go ignored after I left comments on it.

I'm not sure if filing a new ticket with updated information on the problem would be appropriate or not.

Huh, I thought tickets were locked after they were solved. I figure if it's been two or three weeks and the problem hasn't been solved, resend it or add another comment to it. Maybe the mods just forgot about it or thought it was solved?

BTW, what did you file? Maybe other users can help you with it.

Nopes. Only admins could fix it. Somehow 5 bucks went missing in a transaction using paypal. u .u I commented twice on it. The tickets tend to get pretty quick responses. /shrug. I don't know. I just hope it doesn't get overlooked.

The issue is, with cash shop purchases- it has to be reviewed by specific UAs I think. And there are times that investigation can take weeks. Generally the only boards to be resolved quickly are forum reports.

Regardless- you shouldn't file a new ticket until that one is closed.
