Oh um I really liked Sweeney Todd songs as well. Thats saying a lot cuz I usually hate musicals.
Yann Tiersen is amazing! I adore all his songs.
Um Penelope has some good songs too, especially at the end with Sigur Ros.
The Lion King 2 has a great soundtrack.

Gots to be any Disney film :) Oh and Gladiator definately! Hans Zimmer is a genuis..

Across the Universe is one of my personal favorites. My friend forced me to watch it recently and I found myself singing all those old classic songs out loud.
Hanz Zimmer is a genius!
I know this is childesh, but I love the movie WALL-E. My favorite song from it was Down To Earth- Peter Gabriel. I also loved TNBC [The Nightmare Before Christmas] songs, too.

I agree with Mirry on Spirited Away. Out of the Studio Ghibli films that I've seen, I think that one has to have the best soundtrack in existence.
I also like The Phantom of the Opera's soundtrack, even though I perfer the Broadway version. Only one guy in the movie can sing and it wasn't even the title character. It sounds better in the Broadway version, but I think the title song sounds so dated. It sounds so 80's, it just makes me laugh every time I hear it.
Howl's Moving Castle has a gorgeous soundtrack - Sekai no Yakusoku and Jinsei no Merry=go-round <3
As for actual musicals, I'd add Enchanted to the list. Absolute perfect homages to classical Disney :D
The soundtrack for House of Flying Daggers is so so lovely.
